UK Orders

All orders before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders purchased on weekends are usually dispatched on the next working day. We also offer express services - Next working day delivery service.

All orders with free postage should arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days. We also offer 1st Class post for additional cost which takes 1-2 working days. 

International Postage

All items purchased from worldwide customers are dispatched via Airmail service. Most purchases should arrive with 7 to 14 working days after dispatch.
We also offer International Tracked & Signed For service which is a expedited service. Most Purchases usually take 5-12 working days after dispatch.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition. 

In the case that you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 14 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you must return it within 30 working days for a full refund. The item must be in a re-sellable condition i.e. the item must be unused and the packaging must still be intact. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage.
